FC Rovers ended their K-League with a draw, in a match that they could have won easily. After National Fighter went down 2-0 to Rovers it was walk in the park for Rovers but instead National Fighter came back fighting. Rovers were 1 man up on Fighter as therekeeper was red card in the first half after Radu got a great ball from M.Abdullah (lefty) and was one on one with keeper, kepper came charging and was out his box and fouled was red carded. having the advantage Rovers from the free kick through M.Abdullah Lefty Rovers Keep the pressure and scored the second through Areeb Farhan assist by Hayyan Hasanny. At the end of the half Rovers took the Fighters lightly and were punished with a goal the Captain Osama Noor was caught sleeping in the defense National Fighters went 2-1 at the end of first half.

2nd Half was the pressure point for both the teams because both Teams had to win to qualify for next round and was there last match of the league’s round. National Fighter came out fighter for a win but denied by Rovers defense. Rovers got many chances few were denied by the keeper, on a corner taken by Sami Irfan the Captain Osama Noor took a great header beating the keeper but not the defender. National Fighter got a freekick at the halfline and took the opportunity and scored the Goal as the Keeper Harris Azeem fumbled and give the ball to there player which he converted to goal Rovers were left shocked as they were up 2-0 and went 2-2 Fighters gave their best and earned a draw. Both the team gave there best and are now also out of K-league.

Rovers could have qualified for next Round if the had there Full squad. Usman Javed, Irfan Junejo, Rashid Jadoon, Sharukh Khan, Habeel & were missing from the team. Bad luck will be changed when player give there best now we hope Rovers do learn the lesson from this match that if you want to succeed you have to sacrifice. We hope for the best for next years.
